Project management coaching

The role of a project manager is full of fun and excitement. You are considered the expert and the spider in the web, so it can take lots of time and energy to manage your projects.

I can help you with that by offering practical advice and tools to overcome the hiccups you encounter. I will gladly share my experience and knowledge, which I gained over the past 20 years. During 3 months of actionable steps I help you grow in your role, get better grip on your projects and pass milestones in time.

Here’s what the process looks like

We start with a little prep work. After booking your session, I’ll send you a shared Google Doc with some questions about your project goals, ideal way of working, the products you are working on, disciplines in your team and the hurdles you are facing. This will give me better insight into your daily challenges and allows me to come up with a game plan before our call.

Then we’ll have one 60-minute video session each month. We’ll discuss your current pain points and hangups and I’ll walk you through your customized game plan. You’ll receive 3-5 action steps to complete before our next session, along with helpful tools and resources for accomplishing them.

I’ll follow up with a recap and recording of our call. To help you follow along and not worry about missing helpful tips and how-to’s during our session, I create a Google Doc with an outline, notes, and links. I send it to you after our meeting along with a recording of the video session so you can refer back to it later.

And then I’ll check in weekly to see how it’s going. You can expect an email from me once each week for accountability. I’ll ask you about your progress, answer any questions you might have, and give you a little extra encouragement to keep moving forward with your action steps.
